  • EXCEL Notice of Intended Prosecution - Already paid ticket just wrong car park

Hi can anybody help me with this one, I work in Wakefield and pay regularly every day through Ringo app.

I paid for a car park I don't normally used not realising there is car park 1 and car park 2. Still I paid the fee.

On returning I had a car park fine which I appealed against insisting that I have still paid the required amount. They have rejected this (I have email receipt to prove payment).

Now I have intended prosecution letter saying I have to pay £100. Do I reject this or pay it. I have argued with them that I have intentionally paid so they cannot prove avoidance.

    Hi, welcome to LB.

Is this for parking on private land (parking charge notice), or is it council/railway etc land (penalty charge)?
