  • Judgement for claimant (in default)

Just received a judgement for claimant (in default) from Northampton county court business centre for a parking fine from a private parking company . As I didn't fill in the claim form on the 4th of October to defend my position , would there be any way of now trying to get this set aside or have I left it to late .

The only way to do this would be to apply for a set aside but this would be near impossible as you simply just ignored the court. Best bet would be pay within the month so that it is not recorded against you.
