    Smartparking/parking eye ticket issed

    My partner received a parking notice from smart parking/parkingeye for £150 after parking in Bangor Marina Northern Ireland after 9pm several months ago and has since received a number of letters which were ignored.Now a letter from Gladstones solicitors has been sent.What is the legal standing on dealing with this matter.

    You're in NI then as long as they do not know who the driver was then ignore. Are you sure the letter is from Gladstones? It may be a Gladstones letter head but in the text who does it say to make a payment to? Would it be DRPlus by any chance.? If it does then you know who the letter is actually from.
