  • Parking Charge - About to move home

I had a parking charge towards the end of 2013 which I appealed with ParkingEye and POPLA and was unsuccessful (which was my own fault for not researching my appeal properly at the time). However I'm not planning on accepting that and will do my research and appeal properly via the courts if I need to as I still view it as unfair and will revert to the not a genuine pre-estimate of loss landowner line for that.

However - since the popla appeal was turned down which is now over 2 months back I have heard nothing at all from ParkingEye and am about to move home in the next week or two. Should I be informing them off my new address in case they decide to start court proceedings?

If you have mail redirect then no but if not then yes because they could get judgement in default when you don't reply.
