Car delivery delay

I ordered a car on a personal lease. I was given 12 to 14 weeks for estimated delivery back in mid March. Taking it up to mid June delivery... . Now being told could now ( not guaranteed )be end July to 31 August. still no guarantee. Can I cancel on frustration of contract.. All advice welcome, Thank you.

There is no indication of frustration of contract. However, there may well be a breach of contract on behalf of the leasing company. Check the contract T& C's regarding delay in delivery.
