Hi, I have received a parking ticket from smart parking for staying over the allotted time of 3 hours in Omagh Showgrounds, even though I was working on the premises at the time. I appealed this although they told me it wasn’t upheld and now I have received a letter from the DRP seeking £160. What should I do?

Omagh = NI ? Have you identified the driver? There is no keeper liability in NI

Yes, Northern Ireland. The driver has been identified due to the appeal. Do you think I shouldn’t pay?

If they know the driver then they will proceed against the driver. As you were working on site can you not get the site owner to tell Smart to cancel the ticket?
