Hi looking for some advice,
i had fiat finance for a fiat 500 which was PCP, I did a voluntary termination two months before the end of my agreement and used the template letter from this website. An auction company collected my car and used the fair, wear and tear guide, the car was two months short of four years old and they even commented how nice it was but advised at the end there was £218 pounds worth of damage. Add to this was was also over my mileage allowance so have just received a letter stating I owe tge
£218 for damage and 228 for mileage.
I guess I don’t mind paying the damage fees if I have to but had read on other sites that I shouldn’t have to pay mileage bcos I terminated using the credit consumer act, I would really appreciate some advice and guidance or any links to templates to reply. - thank you
