Trespassing query

I posted previously about a neighbour looking to gain outline planning permission incorporating my land. They now have uploaded photo's specifically of my property onto the planning portal without permission.

I have told the architect and the applicant to stop walking onto my property to obviously no avail and now have a hidden access to my property revealed to anyone who cares to see. I have rescue livestock and am very worried now the rear access to my land is now in the public domain

Is there any way I can get these photos removed and also to stop these people walking on my property
