  • Paratus

I have just received a solicitors letter from Paratus who are now known as Foundation Home Loans I have an outstanding balance of £87,639.62p outstanding, from when they repossessed my house in 2013
At the time they undersold my house at around £147.000, I have 2 valuations from 2 estate agency there were both set at 22k -225k with an expected price of 215k being realized
Basically, this letter says we know you can't afford this but to set up a payment plan or a one-off much lower settlement fee
I really need advice on this, as there is no way I can pay this, I am an OAP living on pension credit, I need this to be sorted quickly-really need help

      Hi There
      sorry for the late reply
I am paying nothing as I told them 4 years ago I cant afford to pay anything, as along with this was a second mortgage of 12k to welcome finance that I think PRA have, that I believe is now classed as unsecured
