Re: Need reassurance as to correct procedure to remove tenants

    Update
Maybe as I am getting older I panic more..................
Tenants have taken a local authority bungalow and moved out, very respectfully, at the weekend, a week early..
This morning get a phone call from the Estate Agent, the buyers have changed their minds and pulled out.
Oh well at least I have an empty house to sell.
    Thanks everyone for your input.

How odd, I was just about to update my thread and you popped up....sorry your deal fell through but at least there should be no more complications with vacant possession .. good luck for the future
