  • Ccj satisfied but on credit file

    Hi.
just looking for some advice. I have 2 ccj that have both been satisfied and discharged. How long will they stay on my credit file?
I am looking to move property. Will the discharge ccj on my credit file be a factor in getting a new mortgage as lenders will see they are both settled?.
    thanks

Unless paid off within the first month then they will stay on your Credit File for 6 years from date of Judgment but you can apply to have them marked as Satisfied - fee applies. In reality will make little difference and still mark you as a risk.
