  • Submissions following trial

    Any help would be appropriated,
I need to fiĺe submissions following a civil case in the county court, i am the defendant. I have read lots of info regarding doing this and hopefully prepared, I am unsure if I can advise of my financial situation in submissions regarding the costs the claimant is wanting should the claimant win, I think it is 50/50 who wins.
Do I have to wait till after judgement has been made ?
I am aware court fees will stand.
Can I put in my submissions regarding costs other than court fees ?
I work a few hours a week on a zero hours contract and no savings.
I know more info may be required for any help but it is so long winded, I'd rather answer relevant questions.
