  • Financial Ombudsman Service - NOT happy

    I went to the Ombudsman after having issues with my credit card provider, Capital One.

    In their review, the Ombudsman has ignored several factors:-

    I was £10,500 in debt when Capital One gave me 2 credit cards

    They ignored the fact that Capital One has refused point blank to issue a default notice after missing more then 3 contractural payments

    Cap One keep reporting "late repayment" on my credit file which is more damaging then a default

    The FOS have not helped me at all

    Please help

    welcome to the weird world of regulators the non help element, nothing new there, they double talk and are worse than useless
