    Hi

My partner has a contact order in place stating when he has contact with his daughter, his ex has said she is going to approach her solicitor to have a warning/injunction letter sent to myself so their daughter can not be with me during contact. Can she do this? Her reason is that he has domestic violence on his record and could get into an argument with me when their daughter is present. Our relationship is not volatile in anyway and I have no criminal record and have never had social services involved with my own children. Please help me understand if she can do this thank you.... from a frustrated new partner
