  • Is Medical Discharge Pension income need to be disclosed on Form E

I was told during a free 1/2 hour session with a solicitor that when it comes to disclosing income on a Form E that a military medical discharge pension that I have been receiving since before I was married is not taken into consideration when calculating the financial division as this is given as a form of compensation for leaving the service with a medical condition which limits my personal life and working capacity, is this true?
