    HI all

    right i very long story cut short

    my daughter was in a relationship to a horrid bully man and family she finally left the home which she is on the tennacy but was basically forced to by the bully he has changed the locks there has been a battle going on between them and social services over the children and after 8 months the children are sadly going to say in foster care and adoption there is personal things she wants from the house like the kids bits when they was little and bits which i have brought over the years she has a non mol order on him she has gone to the police to see if they can help her to get things out but they say its a civil matter and wont get involved her solicitor who was dealing with the child matter said thats a different and she does not deal with things like that since she is still on the tennacy she still has rights to the home so when he was out one day she went round changed the locks but when he got back she phoned the police and all they said was she had to leave since he has been living there for 4 months and has more rights and was ordered to hand the keys over otherwise she will be arrested for breech of the peace the tennacy is with the council and they wont do nothing what else can we do to get the things out thank you
