  • Order through mediation..........

    Hi all,

I am asking for a friend. She has a contact order with her ex made through mediation. This order states that her ex is to have contact with their son only at her ex's mums house. This order has been in place for about 3 years. Her ex has now moved in with his on/off girlfriend of 6 months who does not have a good relationship with my friends son. My friends ex wants to take their son to his girlfriends house and my friend does not want this to happen at the moment. She does not want her son to miss out on visits with his dad but needs to know if and how she enforces the order made by mediation so that he does not at this point have contact away from the supervision of her ex's mum.

    Thanks
