not sure if this will be able to be answered but ill give in a go.

my sister in law and her husband are going through a custody battle at the moment. he has produced photos of my 3 year old son in court that we presume he has copied off facebook. he has no permission from us to do so.
he is under investigation for sexual assault on a disabled person. obviously we dont want him to have these. is there anything we can do?

    Re: photos

firstly i would suggest you blocking him totally from facebook, I will talk you through it if you have never done it before, report him to admins as well if he is downloading your stuff without permission.

If there is the slightest risk he could be a danger to your son, I would suggest a word to your local police station about it, ask for advice from them.

he got the photo through somelses facebook as we blocked him ages ago. he hasnt got the photos for anything bad hes just used them to suggest a situation of our family all being alcoholics as we like to have a party now and again and he doesnt like it as he's not involved anymore.
we just dont think its right someone as bad as him is allowed to have a photo of our son
