Pure Legal Limited are regulated by the SRA and have solicitors working for them but they are operate like a claims management company and take a massive 30% of your compensation if they win. They use terrible template letters that are inaccurate and speculative and they dont advise you. Most of these claims are time barred but they just wing the claim off anyway. They get you to enter into loads of financial agreements and even a loan to cover things such as Court fees etc. It is shocking. Ask yourself whether they are acting in your best interests. I would go to a normal high street solicitor if you need one but don't get involved with these lot.
