I made the payment after a stroppy email I received from the director who had previously sent me the new account details.

It was playing on my mind so today I called APS to verify the details.. They confirmed that the account details I had been given DID NOT belong to the company, but indeed said director..

I'd need to setting up the next payment ASAP though after finding out the account is I'm even more reluctant to..

I'd be keeping the money back and not putting it into a bank account until they give you an 'official' one :sad:

Very old topic but the subject has come up again so i thought id ask..

Idiot causing me grief from before has been hassling.

I was paying to the point that we were almost neutral - what they owed me for expenses, payment in lieu of notice etc was around the same amount as i still owed them.

I told him that and all he could say was 'sue me for it.. you wont be able to claim as its too far gone.. I'll still be chasing for the loan money'

Any thought on this?
