The OJC do not deal with wrongdoing in the ET and refer your complaint to.... the ET, or David Latham. He wrote to me, and I'm sure that he's a reasonable chap however he heads the ET, which to my mind should preclude him ( or indeed anyone else in that position ) from being asked to deal with accusations of Fraud - which is what this is.
