The tribunal has made a note of poor conduct in the proceedings of the case, to be dealt with at a PHR.What does this entail, in effect? Will it be a strike out?

if the employeer continues to ignore or frustrate proceedings after being warned then the tribunal will find in your favour

Hope nobody minds me updating an old thread, I wanted to say thanks for all the advice I read on this and other threads, finally five long years since the start - eg the beginning of the issues at work -many hearings and an appeal later, I won
no contributary fault, no reduction in award, maximum award possible.
But oh my goodness the process nearly broke me.
