    The Court of Appeal found that it was discrimination to dismiss an employee due to their actions caused by stress which was related to their disability. https://www.personneltoday.com/hr/co...uVLlpw.twitter.

    What about stress related to a medical condition such as high blood pressure? High blood pressure is not classed as a disability but the condition certainly increases the level of stress you are placed under.

    Unless the medical condition qualifies as a disability there will be no discrimination.

            OK, her dismissal was discriminatory as it was because of her imputed disability.
