    Sunday working hours

    My employee never made me aware of the Sunday opt out. I work in a call centre for a large retail company

    can I opt out and give them 4 weeks notice because they did not give me information on the opt out option during my employment

    Do you have a written contract of employment?
    Sorry i'm just thinking out loud, it might be irrelevant, I am not employed in anyway in the legal profession, please ensure you research any advice I give before using it I have been known to be wrong on multiple occasions.

      I do yes says I have to work 5 days out of 7 but doesn’t state weekend.

          like any job do not like the conditions = move on!???? but find another job before leaving!

              does the contract state Monday to Friday by the way that is 5 days not 7
