  • Work incident

My daughter was having some banter with 2 other colleagues off the shop floor when the male colleague told my daughter she was doing something wrong she thought he was still bantering so said "stop telling me what to do" he then said they won't like it set up like that to which my daughter said fcuk off playfully still thinking banter. An hour later Lauren was asked to see 1 of the managers who told her that a complaint had been brought to his attention my daughter was mortified & didn't realise she had offended anyone & went straight to say sorry to the male colleague. & that she thought was the end of it. She went home at the end of her shift next day she had a phone call from another manager saying not to come in today regarding the incident & that the store manager would see her on Monday, but she would get payed. My daughter is very worried it's a new job & 10wks pregnant & will be spending the weekend stressing about it
