    Re: Work issue

    Just a couple of things:

    1. When you were admitted to hospital did you or someone on your behalf telephone your employer to let them know you were off sick.
    2. What has your sickness record been over the last 12 months.
    3. Does your employer have a sickness policy in place? If so what does it say about their process for dealing with sickness absence and the issuing of warnings.

I am concerned that there appears to have been a pre-determination that a warning will be issued as a result of your sickness review but this may be covered in the sickness policy. There is also the issue of giving you a warning for sickness absence that has not yet occurred.

If you can post up the information from the sickness policy (company name and your name redacted as appropriate) then that would be really helpful to me being able to provide more specific guidance.
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.
