    It would probably be helpful to see their original letter along with your response letter dated 10/02/2018 too. Could you post them too please?

      I can't see a reason for you to send a section 10 notice ... did you get this idea from here (LB) or another site?

      A cca request would be beneficial tho. Can you give us more details of the debt?

      Does this relate to any of your other two LB threads?
      Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

        The debt is for a mobile phone contract and someone on another site mentioned about a section 10 notice..and no this is a separate post.

              unfortunately, over the years we've seen a lot of bad advice/decisions from groups such as the one you mentioned ... there are other ways of defending that can mean a better outcome for our forum members xx

                was it a sim only or a contract with a phone too?? CCA probably won't count if it was just the sim, but there are other things you can do. Who was the provider (O2/Vodafone etc...)?
