      When the whole Cabot uk being non regulated first kicked off I rang the FCA to be told that was indeed the case but very little else . I seem to remember PT wrote at length about it as well both on here and i think on his blog. That was before the statement made by Cabot

        From what I can make out, usually based on the arguments & evidence brought into that particular courtroom by the parties themselves.

                  It's not clear from the posts
                  Did you ever send the cca (s77-79) request to the claimant?
                  Did you ever send a cpr31. 14 request to the solicitors?
                  Did you look into amending your defence?

                  Did you look into legal advice?
