Late response but xmas has been busy!! After prepping me and my husband to go to the court hearing i recieved a letter from Bryan Carter giving me notice of the case being discontinued! just a few short days before being due in court! I believe they held on as late as possible to make me fret and worry that my case against their claim wasnt strong when they new they clearly had no way of succeeding with a claim. Thank you to all for the help couldnt have done it without you ad feel like this time the little people won!
