      Hi Totrusting

Have they ever sourced a copy of the agreement which you asked for (CCA request) so long ago?

Have you acknowledged the alleged debt at any time since 2010?

        Hi Charitynjw

No, they never provided anything that was requested.

If I remember rightly, I have not acknowledged the alleged debt since February 2010, is that why they are back as it's 2 months short of 6 years?

Oh goodness they are pickles aren't they ! Really do NOT worry about this letter. Your case was discontinued AFTER you defended and they provided NO documents, and still haven't - this is a simple pre-Christmas stress you out letter as you've just come to the top of the pile again. Put it in a file and forget about it.... if they do try going back to court with it, they will have some serious explanations to make to the judge and you can still defend on the same grounds as well as second bite of the cherry grounds Come back any time you get another letter too.

          Have a lovely Christmas
