    .in the particulars of claim did it mention assignment .
    If it did start with para x if not miss it out
    I am unaware of any legal assignment served in xxxx by either the claimant or Lloyds . The claimant is put to strict proof to evidence that a Notice of Assignment pursuant to sec136 of The Law of Property Act 1925 was served.
    The claimant is put to strict proof to evidence , by production of the deed of assignment, their right to bring a claim.

            Hi Guys

            Just a quick update, I have had nothing back from Marlin Europe II or MCS till today. I received a letter Introducing themselves and saying they are acting on behalf of their client Marlin. They want to work with me and set up a payment plan and can i call the in the next 30 days and send in a income and expenditure plan . Shall i just ignore?

              The defence is entered, the claim is stayed and they are introducing themselves ?
