    No ppi was on the account for this was credit card. I had ppi on the loan i had with Lloyds but they sold that account to Lowell and Cabot got the credit card and overdraft. So I'm assuming once they win this they will win the overdraft 1 too. Lowell have not yet tried but I shall wait and see. Thanks for the speedy replys you are a saint.

      Will fill in the DQ today ask for mediation and then offer small payment plan if they refuse I'll see what judge says if anyone thinks I can ammend my defence and still win please reply
