  • Very Account CCJ Claim

Hi, I got a Claim form from Lowell for 1622.90 in total.

I phoned Lowell as stated on the claimant who advised they sold the debt on and don't own it. I contacted the company they gave. And tried to arrange a payment plan, they said pay in full or go away.

I today have followed the advice on forms sending the two letter. But I was able to log onto the original Very account today and made a token payment of £50, the balance on he very account stands at only 1000 overdue. does this change anything that I have now made payments and plan to continue to do so.

Basically I cannot get a CCJ as it will result in me losing my job. What options do I have. I would like to negotiated with the company and just arrange a payment plan but they seem unwilling to work with me.
