      I just looked online and I made a payment on 26th for £100 to them. Thats why I couldnt find anything for that date they got the date wrong on the payment I am screwed
      Ok it's disappointing that SB is now out of the picture.

      Have you made an Income and Expenditure Statement if not it would be useful to know what residual income you have at the end of each month.
      If it is only as you say " pennies " left then a CCJ is not going to achieve Cabot's expectations.

      It is still possible to avoid a CCJ if Cabot will agree to a very low monthly payment perhaps just £1 secured by a consent ( Tomlin) order, this means the claim is stayed as long as the payments are maintained.

      You will have the opportunity to have this dealt with by HMCTS Small Claims Mediation service and if agreement is reach on a payment plan and it is maintained you will not have a CCJ.

        Do I just phone them. If I eat every 3 days I can just squeeze out £20 a month?
