  • CCA unenforceable urgent help required following claim form

Hi, I challenged by CCA four years ago and I have now received a claim form

My usual solicitor lost me a week before they told me there was a conflict of interests and I am trying to engage with another but I am being told they can't create the defence in time (by tue 15/7) and seem more interested in payment paper work than getting the job done

My challenge is around the prescribed terms not being complete and I believe I have a case (I missed the first claim form and appealed the default verdict, in the appeal the judge agreed I had a reasonable chance of winning)

I am thinking of putting the defence together myself and would appreciate any help in how I should do this

Many thanks to anyone who can help me in advance

    Hi Chris

So sorry to have missed your post the other day. Please shout if you still need help xxx There quite a few examples of defences and discussions on the CCA arguments across the forum but we'll happily assist you if you give a bit more info on the claim you have received.
