          So taken out in 2009/2010.

          Do you agree with the amounts in the claim form ?

          If the loan is in just your name then only include your income and portion of the household expenditure on the form. However it can work out better to use the household income and expenditure, and debts, if you deal with everything jointly (ie joint account, bills, mortgage etc) If you do the citizens advice budgeting sheet first before completing the court form it can help you enter the right figures - http://nedcab.cabmoney.org.uk/quickfs.asp
