  • CCJ granted, variation granted - Creditor after Interim Charging Order - HELP !!

    hi all,

friend went to court, was CCJ'd. Paid several monthly instalments on time but then fell on hard times with substantially reduced income and becoming eligible for family tax credit.

submitted variation order to court - new payment terms granted

is totally up to date with payments but now creditor applied for Interim Charging Order PLUS have started adding interest to the debt despite this not being granted in the CCJ PLUS application claims CCJ payments are not up to date, but they are!

what needs to happen now? N244 objecting on the grounds that payments are up to date and interest is not allowed to be added?

any help most welcome as friend is in bits over this !!

    thanks, Lisa
