IS that letter the first you have heard of the judgment ? Anything previously from the court at all? Any payments made?

Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.

How did I end up with a notification for this thread?

Anyway, no you don't need to send them the CPR 31.14 as that is for during proceedings.

Did you receive a claim form for this previously? Did you receive the judgement from the court?

If not you need to ring the court and find out why, plus ask them to send copies?

        As above.

However you need to act quickly else they can escalate this to the high court (tomorrow if they wanted) which will incur more costs & then palm off to a bailiff (more costs again)..

If they did do that then a proper high court bailiff will be turning up at your door & each time they come it will incur more costs.

The debt can double in a couple of weeks.

          To AMETHYST:

*Is that letter the first you have heard of the judgment?

I owe money to Three Mobile for 5 or 6 years. In the meantime, I changed the address twice, so I could get some letters to previous addresses.

They shoud not have that address.

          *Any payments made?

          No.

            Engine search.

            I understand.

*Did you receive a claim form for this previously? Did you receive the judgement from the court?

It's possible that I got it but for over 5 years I changed the address twice, so I could get to another address. Unfortunately, I can not check it.

*If not you need to ring the court and find out why, plus ask them to send copies?

I called County Court in my town but they can not help me without claim number.

It's likely to have been filed with the Northampton County Court Business Centre or the County Court Money Claim Centre in Salford. Ring them.
