Well, everything looks completely fine to me They've provided you with nothing. So you have sent back your DQ already ? Just a case of waiting for the case to be transferred to your local court, mediation ( if it happens) and theny ou should be given a hearing date and told when to be exchanging witness statements & evidences and when the claimant needs to pay the hearing fee.

Looks like the mediation has passed its date. Howeber I have now received copies from ML of MMF statement of account, copy of loan agreement and notice of legal assignment of debt. Not too sure where I stand now? They do apologise for the delay in replying lol

              any advice would be appreciated?

When you say statement of account, is it just a balance or a full statement showing how the balance was arrived at

Have they sent you a default notice?
Shame it's too late for part 18 questions

But come to your WS you might want to argue no DN was served and if they say it was served ask how?

                          I can't see a default notice.

Were these letters sent by post or email, mind I'm not sure if that is really relevant. I'm on a phone and no access to a laptop now until tomorrow. Makes life more difficult

No these were received in the post last week. No default notice was included. No rush like just waiting next move. But thanks for your reply and adjustment kati
