  • CCJ Lowell portfolio

Hi firstly I hope this is the right place to post I need some urgent advice I have had a CCJ applied for by Lowell portfolio. Following the forums advice I have acknowledged the claim and my intention to contest it to the court. I have sent a caa request to Lowell and a cpr request to Cohen Cramer the solicitors representing them. This morning I received a letter from Cohen Cramer saying I should just go ahead a file my defence and any documents I requested would be provided at disclosure. My question is what should I state in my defence as they haven’t provided the information I need to make a proper defence.
