  • Exchange of documents

    Hello,

after arranging to exchange document lists, the defendant's representatives was an hour and a half late sending theirs through. Is this normal behaviour or just bullying a litigant in person?

    Thanks.

What kind of case is this please Bluetealeaf? It should not take that long as 1 and half hours will enable them to be able to amend statements etc, to your disadvantage (prejudice). Having said that, it depends on what documents were to be exchanged and what type of case it is.
