Scottish solicitor

I am being forced into going to court to gain access to my children as my ex has stopped all contact with me. Due to not being eligible for legal aid and having little in way of funds (I do pay for my kids), I am having to submit a initial writ.

Can any Scottish solicitor advise if I only have to hand in writ or is there a form to be completed alongside?

I would advise you to check with the clerks at your local SHeriff Court

Also, are your ex and children resident in Scotland?
