  • Response to Application to Suspend Warrant - Can Anyone Help?

    Hi Guys

    Hoping someone can help.

Made a claim against an ex tenant, via MCOL, and she offered to make a part payment and I accepted.
She was supposed to pay £10 a month starting mid February.
I received nothing so proceeded to get a county court warrant.
However I have just received her application to suspend the warrant, again offering to pay £10 a month.

    My questions are:
    1)Am I best accepting this?
(Im dubious because she didnt pay last time but not sure this is good enough reason, and if I want to proceed with the bailiff then I have to give a reason)
2)I assume the warrant fee is added to the debt, even if the warrant does get suspended and there is no bailiff attendance?
3)If I do accept this and she doesnt pay again, is there another £77 warrant fee - I cannot see from the form n445 they refer me to.
4)Will she be expected to cover this?

    Thanks
