  • General Form of Judgement or order question

    Hi there.

I have just received a letter from the county court and one of the points is as follows.

It now appears to be the case that only the claimants claim for contractual interest and the costs of these proceedings remains the issue. The claimant should file a hard copy of the original contract at the court not later than 3 clear days prior to the adjourned hearing.

What exactly does this mean? that the money been claimed has been paid and therefore am I in a position to have this removed from the court and and proceedings stopped?

Just wondering if anyone can help with the above at all please?

    Many thanks
