    just sit tight they would have to pay a fee to unstay it, nothing you can do at the moment.

      Thanks Mike. Do they tend to pay the fee to unstay a claim in your experience?
      would an unless order just make them chase up the documents they haven't provided?

        Frankly I think an unless order would be a very bad idea for the following reasons

        1) the claim is only newly stayed and from what I read Judges tend not to give unless orders easily- they often give the claimant more time to come up with the goods which might just prod them into doing it

        2) You would need to pay for an unless order and as the claim is relatively low , is it worth it- for the cost of the unless order you could possibly settle the whole thing
