    I think best thing is to post your particulars of claim draft - I have seen your lba so it's tough to comment - or post the lba and complaint up so we have an idea of the grounds for your claim. Presumably you've decided against going through the financial ombudsman?

    When did you make the last claim ? Things may have changed - and the charges might be later ones etc
