Unless you have been issued with an on-the-spot fine, cautioned, or told you are being reported with a view to prosecution, it is unlikely to show up on a CRB checked, unless it is an Enhanced Disclosure. We are, however, concerned at the way you were treated by TK Maxx's security staff and the police. You posts suggest English is not your first language. Could you please tell us how you were treated by TK Maxx and what was said by them to you before the police arrived. TK Maxx security staff are known for being abusive and not complying with the law.
