  • Aviva complaint

    Hi L/B's
Can anyone give me some advice please, I recently had my pc replaced, aviva are the insurers, I have complained about the replacement, basicaly they have said i accepted the replacement so there is nothing that can be done.
After exhusting there complaints department and nothing settled, i explained that i will take this complaint to the FOS. Aviva have contacted me and suggested that it was a waste of time and the FOS would just contact aviva. Is this correct
    Many thanks

ONLY if aviva have given a final response to your complaint. Have they?

      Re: Aviva complaint

I complained directly to the CEO's office at Aviva when I got nowhere with the customer services and my complaint was dealt with very swiftly and to my complete satisfaction.

In fact they had made a major error in cancelling our cover and said it could not be reinstated. They were wrong and out of order, they sent a hamper to apologise and we were put back on cover.

They record their calls so the CEO's office will listen back to the phone calls and will follow the complaint through.

      see my thread here http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ighlight=aviva

      CEO Email address mailto:andrew_moss@aviva.com
