  • Subject data access request being ignored

    Hi all,
I've requested a private medical company who hold personal case notes and photographs concerning me to provide me with copies. I requested the information 6 weeks ago and asked for the cost to provide the information. The company secretary told me they would pull my information together but so far I've not received anything and they are ignoring my emails which all communication has taken place via. Just wondering if this situation persists what my options are I'm looking for suggestions and tactics. There may be a case of clinical negligence involved. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Wayne

They have one month to comply with your request, you have been flexible allowing them a further 14 days to get to this point and now they're ignoring you.

I think you might want to contact the Information Commissioners Office and have them get involved.
