section 75 question re kitchen and the company going bust

hello .. i have a question re the kitchen we had installed in 2015. deposit paid on credit card .. the kitchen was 95% finished when the company went into administration.. there was some finishing work to be done by my builders at the time .. as there the company went bust there was no chance for any snagging .. thus over time the kitchen (hand made wooden) is not the quality we paid for .. pulls out not working etc ,, also at the time of the fitting.. we required the wood to be primed with knot blocker .. now the whole kitchen is covered in knot marks .. so basically the kitchen was built and fitted at a substandard level ... can i claim under section 75 ? thanks
